リゾートホテルとしては施設はこじんまりした印象ですが、逆に動線が良かったです。 いろいろな5つ星リゾートにも行きましたが、スタッフの親切さと設備の清潔さはピカイチだなと思いました。あと朝食が素晴らしい！ 大変ホスピタリティが行き届いたホテルですので、ゆったり過ごしたい方にとてもおすすめです。 またお邪魔します。お世話になりました。

ヴィラに宿泊。スタッフの礼儀正しさが素晴らしく常に気持ちいい。プールは大きくないが混んでいないし満足。毎日スパがつくし、レストランも美味しいし、大浴場も清潔で最高。ダナン まで30分くらいかかるがgrabはすぐ来るので不便はなし。支配人さんのおかげで、パナヒルズまで運転手手配もできて、言葉が通じる安心感で頼れる。次も泊まりたい。

支配人さん含めスタッフの方の接客の素晴らしさはこれまでの旅行の中でもダントツです！私は日本語しか話せませんが困ることもなく全ての質問に丁寧に答えてくれ日本のおもてなし文化の中でも最高クラスの接客です。ダナン市内には少し距離がありグラブでの移動になります。片道30分くらい料金は20万ドン〜25万ドンくらいかかりますがホテル内でリゾート気分は満喫できます。必ずリピートしたいホテルです。

子連れたため市街地から離れているので少し不便ですが、ホテルのホスピタリティは日本人支配人はいつもいらして気遣って下さり、スタッフも困ったときには助けて下さるので安心して最初から最後まで滞在できました。子どもたちは大きいお風呂が好きなので毎日喜んで大浴場を利用しました。初めてのダナン楽しめました。ありがとうございました。
