The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from old town which is a good distance because it's more quiet, they also have free bicycle hire as well, although I would not recommend using the bikes at night as old town gets way too crowded to ride through. "Just a kilometre from the old town, Bel Marina was a fabulous oasis from the hustle & bustle of Hoi An. We loved the big pool & outdoor area, and the breakfast room and the food offerings were outstanding. My only complaint would be the password free wifi, which, according to my online security service, wasn’t very secure."

"Plan on getting steamer if you stay here to steam/iron your clothes. The room does not come with an iron and you would have to request one which they’ll let you keep for a day however, I think the iron was older than myself. It barely worked and the folding iron board was so broken that when I was trying to iron, the latch slipped and the board landing right on my feet. Other than that experience, I would say staff was amazing and the stay was great! The food was amazing as well. "
