We had an issue with the affiliated travel operator for snorkelling and scuba diving experience (misleading and terrible overall) and the front staff and assistant manager took time to listen to our feedback, understand the issue and help us provide a solution. Clean, staff are great, its a good place to relax knowing its at the end of Hoi An which there are no more tourist spots around, not a lot of people outside and its secluded.
