"Stayed three pleasant nights. No issues. Very clean hotel. Has decent gym. Plenty of exercise options: cardio and weight machines. Really nice pool. Has separate kiddie pool. Nice locker room with sauna. Buffet and menu options are available. Staff were helpful and terrific. Really nice lobby and throughout. I would stay again."

"It’s a new hotel hence the room is new and facilities are all in good and new condition. You need to walk about 1km to restaurant and shops. That is the only inconvenience. The window is not really soundproof hence you can hear music from the bar and noisy bikers. Overall hotel is good. Like the new condition. Gym is good size. "

"My wife and I were greeted at the door, the customer service only increased from there. We were both pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the best place we stayed at by FAR! Would recommend to anyone that would listen, this hotel is great the property is well kept, the service is absolutely amazing, this hotel will do anything to meet and exceed your requests! 5 stars, 10/10, would definitely stay here again! "The hotel is not expected to be a 5 star hotel, as the facility might require a refresh. Shower is levelled with the kitchen floor, the water from shower always ruin the kitchen area after a shower. The door separated bedroom and the kitchen also seems to be out of shape. However, the staff was amazing, who are always understandable and willing to help. Kudos to all the staff. "

"Excellent location in the middle of old quarter, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was nice and rooms a good size. The pool is ok, but it’s s shame the pool/rooftop bar wasn’t open - we ended up taking the beers from our mini bar to enjoy on the roof for sunset! "

"The hotel was very good but they have problems with the doors.when everyone close the door vas very loud. During the day was not a problem but night time and early in the morning was not very pleasant to hear the loud noise of the door. All others staff was very friendly and helpful when we need help."
