From check-in to check-out, staff was fantastic. Room was spacious & clean. Highly recommend the seafood buffet in the hotel. Many options with beef choices. Elevators could be better given the size of the hotel but great stay. Great Location.

The best parts of the hotel were the restaurant (Akuna) where i had a truly amazing meal; and the bar where the staff (especially Ana and Louis) looked after me so well. I talked to them for hours and they made me feel fully at home

Our one week stay in celebration of my wife's birthday at The Le Meridien Saigon Hotel was great. Our river view Club Access room was fantastic. The view of the river from our room made all of the difference as did the staff at the Club lounge. Tracy, Lang and Hanna at the Club Lounge were the best hostesses and made us feel at home, always smiling and very friendly, eager to please. The food and drink offerings for breakfast and the early evening reception were "over the top". We will definitely going back next year. Pay the extra fee for the river view room and Club access and you won't be disappointed.

I have stayed here 3 times in the past 4 months and I love it here. The service was great and one time I complained room with smoking smell and the man agent immediately upgraded my room to higher level with river view. Definitely will come and stay every time.

Great service, great food, great rooms

Great hotel with very good and attentive staff everywhere. I hope their city view won't be obstructed by the construction behind them. The Recipe restaurant (or what the name is) is very good. From the awesome seafood buffet to the ala carte serving. Didn't try the breakfast as I will never eat as much as they charge for it... this is the only downside of the hotel (but there is a Starbucks nearby).

It’s a new hotel hence the room is new and facilities are all in good and new condition. You need to walk about 1km to restaurant and shops. That is the only inconvenience. The window is not really soundproof hence you can hear music from the bar and noisy bikers. Overall hotel is good. Like the new condition. Gym is good size.

Our rooms were facing a construction building, where you can see the workers inside the building working all the time. To keep our privacy, we had to keep the curtains closed. Four days in a row! What is ironic, the hotel displayed their award as the best scenic view at their front desk. The food in the restaurant is limited. After the room service staff delivered my meal, he kept his hand and the folder with bill right above my food. I had to guide him stay away. When checked out, they listed every single item of my laundry on the bill, which I think was very inappropriate for a luxury hotel. It showed again they don’t care about the privacy of their guests. Their elevators open and close very fast, and I had to keep pushing the button more than once and wait another turn to get to my floor. The hotel rate is not cheap but the service they provide does not match the price. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to my friends.
