We stayed here for 3 nights and would highly recommend. The bungalows are lovely, spacious and well equipped. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, a true Thai paradises. Great beach. Hotel is quite small but overall exceed our expectations. It’s pricey but worth it. The room is very comfy and big. We arrived at 1.30pm for check in but the room wasnt ready and will be delayed past the check in time so the staff let us wait by the restaurant and enjoy the complimentary food or drink. Great service.

Great room, very nice beach. It is a bit far from Pattong(30 minute taxi ride) but it is not a real problem. I particularly like the fact they drive you directly to your room and process your entrance there. Very efficiently

The best hotel I’ve stayed in for this price! All of the staff were friendly, respectful and attentive. They always go the extra mile, even when we didn’t ask for help they’ve thought of what we might need for our day excursion and offered us bottled water, insect repellent and face masks. I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything about it is amazing-the relaxing bar and restaurant, the tranquil riverside setting, the two lovely pools and the gorgeous rooms. Have just spent a week in a tropical pool villa at this new resort. It is a truly 5 star experience. A personal butler attends to your every need (Max: you were outstanding). We stayed for 11 days in a sea view villa April 2016 for my sons wedding . Really good hotel, facilities and grounds are very well thought out and the staff were always very welcoming, with excellent service. Very relaxing place to be and they make it easy, helped by spacious layout of things like sunbeds and the large very nice pool facilities and beach facilities/ activiites. Not too many five star ratings with a miserable stay. But it was two days of 7°C and our room was on the end 3408 I think it was it was so cold in there we could see our breath. But I still give the hotel a five stars they try their best.

This place was not cheap, but it was totally amazing - and well worth it for us. I would definitely stay again, and recommend it. We stayed for a special event they put on - a South African BBQ. I stayed for one night after flying in to Bangkok. I'd pre-booked the hotel shuttle from the airport which currently runs every hour. The shuttle is free and was on time and they were expecting me. The grounds are nicely laid out and the swimming pool looked good, but didn't have time to try it. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast and coffee was very good. Overall a very good value hotel especially with the shuttle to and from the airport.
