great location (just right on top of a mall). No bathtub, quite disappointed. Breakfast selections are good.
The staff was so polite and everything was perfect.
I’ve been visiting for about the last 15 years. It is a wonderful resort with the biggest and best swimming pool of any hotel in the city (actually this resort has two, and the one featured on the Expedia/Siam Bayshore site is the smallest of them) and some very beautiful tropical gardens on a huge ...
Nice hotel away from walking street though not too far if you catch a local cab/bus. Close to newly establish Terminal 21 mall which is amazing. Swimming pool is great though gym is quite small but enough for a quick workout. Breakfast was great. Overall would recommend this hotel to other ...
Nice property and delicious breakfast. Modern decoration.
If you dont mind about paying Arm and a leg for transportation to and from this hotel then it is in a good location on the beach. I wasn’t happy with the check out. Had to wait in the line when I didn’t have any residual charges and the employees were too slow.
Very nice hotel, though a bit far away from the city.. could do with a bit more night life or hotel entertainment in the evening . Quite busy with families and children , if your looking for a bit of peace maybe not the best choice .., and you have to be up early at 7am for the sun beds , maybe they ...
The sea view is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel was really nice and the staff was very accommodating. It's directly across the street from the beach, and not too far away from walking street.
The staff, service and location are great. Food in the sunset lounge is fantastic. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
There are a few superb five-star hotels in Pattaya that cater to those that are visiting the area on a big budget. The great thing about these hotels is that they are much more affordable than a five star hotel elsewhere in the world, making them ideal for those that want to spoil themselves.
Pattaya has 14 five star hotels both within the beach resort and in its surrounding neighbourhoods. The Pratumnak Hill area has a good selection of these hotels, as does North Pattaya. All 5 star hotels in Pattaya offer exceptional service whether they are big brand hotels, like Hilton Pattaya and Sheraton Pattaya Resort, or independent ones.
Most of these Pattaya hotels are quite large, sitting on the beachfront with beautifully tailored landscapes. In fact, they are all set in large buildings with rooms and suites spread across numerous floors, apart from VIP Villas Pattaya Palm Oasis Jomtien Beach, which consist of 12 spectacular villas.
All of these hotels are extremely luxurious, with fine furnishing, top notch restaurants and the best hospitality in all of Pattaya. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and are great for guests that like to relax while being surrounded by complete lavishness. They have private balconies, deep soak tubs, bathrobes and slippers, Wi-fi or internet and a minibar. A few even have a pillow menu, offer free newspapers and give guests the option of an in-room massage.
A full-service spa is housed in the majority of the five-star hotels in Pattaya, as is an outdoor swimming pool, a business centre, a gym, concierge service and a rooftop terrace. The Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya and Amari Ocean Pattaya even have a kids’ club on site, while some others have meeting rooms.
The majority of five star hotels in Pattaya have limousine or town car service and arrange for airport pickup, with Suvarnabhumi Airport being around 90 minutes away. It is also possible to arrive at these hotels by regular taxi or by hiring a car. The closer U-Tapao–Pattaya International Airport services flights arriving from Phuket, Koh Samui and Kuala Lumpur, and is just 30 minutes away from the resort town.
