It was a disappointing experience to stay at Hilton Pattaya. First, I asked to reserve a seat for two at Horizon bar through the message of Hotels.com, however the reservation wasn’t confirmed at the bar reception. After I showed the message between the hotel staff and I to the receptionist, she took us the table that seemed to be remained one not for reserved. When I made a reservation, I asked some cake for my husbands. The receptionist said it would be served after we finished our food. But it failed to be served.
Secondly, there wasn’t enough complimentary water in the room. I think a lot of people use that for brushing teeth. But, we had no choice to use the tap water. In addition, it made me run to seven-eleven for buying a bottle of water after check-out.
Thirdly, wifi in the room isn’t free of charge. I doubted my eyes when I saw the price list on the mobile phone. It seems that wifi can be accessed in the lobby without any charge. But, how long do people stay at lobby during their stay?
Finally, for check-out, I had to wait for about 20 minutes because there was only one staff to take care of it.
Breakfast was okay. I think there are less dishes than before because the restaurant (edge) is now closed.
