"Clean and fresh smelling rooms but staff are not that great. Was greeted with a funny attitude when I went down to the lobby to ask for a simple pen. The staff act like I am doing them a favour by staying at their hotel! However will continue to stay at The Kinson because rooms are beautiful and well priced."

"The first room we had the TV was cracked and didn’t work. We were placed into another room 24 hours later which was good service. The general condition of the rooms were run down. Cracks in the exposed concrete ceilings. Hardly any cooking utensils / cutlery. Telephones didn’t work. The bar and restaurant was very good. Food good. Prices good. Staff very friendly and accomodating. "

"Friendly and inviting check in staff Comfy pillows and bed Plenty of restaurants, amenities and public transport in the area Walls are very thin so you can hear neighbours coming and going quite loudly as well as showers/flushes and other noise from other rooms. Had to keep the blinds closed most of the time as the windows overlook a courtyard so you can see into the hallway and other rooms "

"Our stay at Tyrian Apartments in Albert Park was great, and felt very luxurious. The rooms are sizable and well appointed. The bedding and bed is great. The shower is great and comes with Kevin Murphy hair and body products. The rooftop pool is a hidden gem and so beautiful with views over Albert Park Lake, the Bay and city. The onsite parking is very handy and very close to St Kilda Road trams. Highly recommend!"

"Bathroom facilities particularly tape ware in shower were dangerous for children. Hot water didn’t regulate well and increased in temperature frequently. Bins I. Car park were constantly full yes it was a long weekend but these are the things people notice."

"I wanted a single room for 5of us near CBD and Quest at St Kilda delivered it, that too in my budget! It was a nice cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities like washing, kitchenette, kitchen accessories etc. All in all we had a pleasant stay. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. After hours check-in was very smooth. "
