Good, clean, modern hotel in a great location with super helpful staff; thry hide the iron and ironing board though - it's not a big deal but you will return to reception to ask about if you need an iron on your first stay there.

This hotel is so clean it smells welcoming every time you walk in. Rooms spacious and comfortable. And the staff was second to none…I would say the best staff experience I have had at a hotel. This is right next to Victoria market and train is half block away. A .

It's an excellent hotel. When they say kitchenette, they mean it!! Stove, microwave, fridge AND a working freezer not to mention pot, pans, dishware, glasses. That Queen Victoria Market is steps away. You can feed yourself like a king all around the world out of that market! The pool and the gym are great and the staff is wonderful. Book your stay!! You'll be sorry if you don't!

Good location. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff communication couldve been better particularly at check in. We arrived late due to a flight cancellation and the staff member was not at the desk but in the lounge area. We thought he was another guest.

We stayed for one night but enjoyed amenities in the room such as movies on the TV and the stove and fridge. The pool was also nicely lit late into the night and the lobby was very spacious for drinks and work alike. Room was decently clean and we were appreciative of the VIP inclusion from Expedia.

The property was modern with a kitchen. Comfortable bed, just along from the Victoria Market so handy for food. We were given a late check out which was most appreciated as we had a late flight. Staff were all very obliging.

Convenient central location for exploring the Queen Victoria markets & Melbourne city center. Great to be able to use the laundry to wash clothes & staff were helpful. The linen & the cutlery were dirty in apartment, (BYO washing up liquid) & the climate control did not change when adjusted, always hot, even when on cool. Quite noisy as construction happening outside building. Was ok as a base.

this hotel was a great option for us. The kitchen was very handy for eating some meals on a budget. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was so fun we went in the evening and had a great of the lit up city. Queen Victoria Market was directly across the street and son easy to get a few things for a light lunch on our bus tours. I will be back for sure if I am in Melbourne again.

Hotel is located just across from Victoria market and close to tram line which is great. The hotel is new so clean and fresh looking. Staff always welcoming and have good tips on where to eat. Our major downside was we stayed in room 126 which seemed to have zero soundproofing and overlooked a loading bay which had trucks going all night. 2am, 3am, 5am etc. never like having to sleep with ear plugs in just to dampen down the noise. Worst nights sleep of our tour of australia. If you get offered room 126, turn it down.
