Breakfast and dinner were of amazing quality with superb service! The hotel in general plus rooms and spa were beautifully maintained and clean.

Hotel is in a great location Midtown to easily access all the sights by walking and is 5 mins walk to Grand Central station for access to the subway and trains. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea / coffee and fridge facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well equipped gym with cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells for weight training. Definitely recommend this hotel

Writing update in lobby January has proved to be a great time to see NYC and Kitano has proved to be a great place to stay very happy with all aspects but did not eat in ,too much choice close by.

Quiet and peacefjl place and near to Sandringham estate which we wanted. Everything from food and drinks available. Helpful staff.

Best value for money, best service

This is a beautiful, stylish and comfortable hotel. Perfectly situated in fabulous Jersey City ,with great links to NYC.. The staff are kind and professional. Im coming back next Spring...I cant wait. Thankyou for a perfect stay.

Staff was fantastic expecially the tall gentleman who checked us in. The parking was safe. The breakfast spread was OK but can be improved.

A very enjoyable and relaxing visit, for the second time, and I will return again !

Great location really nice staff and perfect for what we needed as a family of 4!

Excellent location, very close to subway. Quiet rooms - well soundproofed, comfy bed

Very convenient location with a great view of Times Square from the window. Very clean and has the perfect amenities - good shampoo, conditioner and a steamer. Comfy beds, great tv, nice atmosphere/decor. Nowhere to put clothing/put away suitcase but as I was only staying a night this did not matter at all.

The room carpet had a few stains in it, the toilet was clogged. I had to use a plunger after I plunged the toilet. It was fine.

Great
