"Lovely 3 night stay with my Husband, we booked the vip suite to celebrate his birthday and Christmas and was well worth it. The room was really big with sofa, and large bed, tv is a little small for the size of the room. The bathroom is massive with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was lovely , you may choose your meal from the set menu , and it’s on till 11am which is handy. Pools were lovely also. "Great place to visit for a week! The staff was always on top of everything and the property is well kept and beutiful. My favorite part was going to the amazing breakfast and coming back to the room to go for a nice relaxing swim! In the evenings after dinner the jacuzzi with a drink was the perfect way to wind down each day!"

"The villa is build too vintage with only wooden furniture with no sofa pads. Thus, not comfortable when lying on sofa. We found 1 lizard on bed, 1 giant lizard by staircase, 1 dead cockroach in master bedroom bathroom and ants around. Hotel restaurant closed at 10pm when we arrived late (due to traffic jam). We begged for some fast food and luckily staff were helpful to make some quick meals for us. One final comment, villa needs at least have a small gym for customers. "

"This property is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and luxurious places I have stayed in. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The grounds are like the garden of Eden. We ate most of our meals on site and the food was very tasty and there was nightly entertainment. The facility is located on Jimbaran Bay, so each evening there is a beautiful sunset. We stayed here twice for three nights, ten days apart. The first stay it was windy and you couldn’t use the beach because of the trash...
