This hotel is outstanding value for money. The food options in the hotel are awesome, and a perfect blend between western & Indonesian cuisine. The breakfast buffet is great with a wide variety of options. The hotel staff are really friendly and attentive. There’s a nurse and doctor available, which brought great comfort after I fell over in my hotel room. The hotel is conveniently located if you want to experience dining at other hotels close by. It’s a great place to relax and forget the world. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms have a connecting door and sound can easily leak between rooms. If that kind of thing annoys you, you’ll notice it. I’d happily recommend this hotel any day. If I were to travel to Bali I would stay here again.

This was one of the worst holidays I have experienced, this hotel did not live up to our expectations. There are photos online that don’t match what are actually available at the hotel. The hotel itself is grossly overpriced and the street food around it is minimal as well as terrible. It is very inaccessible if you want to go anywhere or do anything in the rest of Bali? It will cost you higher amounts through go get drivers or taxi drivers, it’s not worth the amount that you spend on it unless you want to lay by the pool and do nothing else and and all food and drinks at the hotel are grossly overpriced.

Overall a great place to stay. I found the bed too hard to get a decent sleep the whole time I was there and it was a shame that the pool bar closed so early each evening which meant that place was lacking in some atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, the facilities were well maintained and modern.

We booked two garden rooms and stayed 5 nights here. We loved the buffet breakfast and the West Pool which is close to the Lazy River. The aqua aerobics was fun. There wasn’t much variety of dishes though for the Indonesian Spice buffet dinner, good thing we were able to use our dinner voucher for it so there was no extra cost to us. There is a side exit to the street market which was convenient. Good walking distance to the beach, it is a further walk though to get to the Courtyard Beach Club which is closer to the shuttle drop off. We enjoyed the Balinese massage and facial. On the negative side, we could hear noise from the corridor and from people over our rooms. Also there was a time when we had to wait for longer than usual for our lunch and they brought out the wrong dish. Thank you to to the Beach Club staff (didn’t get his name) who did first aid on my husband and to the hotel doctor and the staff in the reception who assisted us in nursing his wound. Thank you to: Rudi, Ary, Bagus, Artawan, Ferdi, Satria, Suardina, Putu, Putra, Zidan and Dwiki. Generally, it was a really good stay, staff was polite, the whole place is clean, and conducive to relaxation.
