Amazing hotel near beach and many shops. Quiet even in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Staff was above excellent. A bit noisy between 7pm and 10 pm due to festivities. Breakfast is absolutely amazing with so much options. I highly recommend

Great place to stay, the only thing is the breakfast could be better, no bacon, no decent jams or vedgemite for toast, most food is cold. They get alot of chinese tourist in groups, so breakfast can be busy, hard to get coffee or tea due to lack of staff. Overall I would recomend

Had an awesome stay at Ramayana. I think bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and needed a little dusting but other than that can’t complain. Pool was gorgeous & service around the pool great. Staff were amazing and friendly - such a shame they were not treated in the same manner by some of the Indian Tourists (I’m Anglo Indian btw) who were staying who seem to think it’s okay to demand, swear, no please or thank you & push & shove around the dining area. We are visiting Bali - treat the Balinese & their country with respect. ❤️

Liked the service people breakfasts is veru good, the pool is beautifull, the gardens as well, however my AC broke, the bathroom fam didnt work, the cold water faucet leaked water evry time it was used, there arent ANY towel bars. My first dimner was so salty i coukf not eat at all, the fuul bowl went back, they charged me! When i requested a teapot with hot water, they charged me, but not at breakfast !! There were chikdren screaming in the hallway late at night, people having loud conversstion late in the evening. The location is good for shoping andfrequenting restaurants. Traffic in the area is horrendous! One evening the taxi driver told me it would be better to walk to my hotel ss it will probably take over an hour to clear up, my hotel was 100m up the street, so yes nast, dusty noisy area!

Grounds are lovely and lush however we upgraded to an Lumbung room and whilst the room was beautiful it was directly above the shallow part of the pool and as such we had kids screaming continuously from 8am onwards and found that we preferred not to spend our time in the room or around the pool due to the noise.There was also a conference at the time of our stay and each night their dinner and entertainment was held around the pool so again no relief. A constant issue with mosquitoes in the room. We didn’t leave our doors open but every night we were overwhelmed with mosquitoes attaching whilst trying to sleep.Breakfast was ok but not amazing.

Room was dirty, bathroom especially, mouldy shower, cracked tiles around the bath, drain in the bath blocked so when you have a shower the bath fills up with dirty smelly water, bath towels supplied had holes in them as did the bed sheets, i requested a ground floor room our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the main street of kuta so was very noisy, couldn't sit out on balcony in the afternoon as it was to hot and there was no shade. We paid for breakfast but couldn't eat it as it was very disorganised and the food was cold and twice a rat came running out of the garden straight into the dinning room myself and the other guests had to sit with our feet up. Poor selection of food for room service we couldn't even order that to eat in our room we resorted to eating all our meals including breakfast out . For what we paid to stay there which should of included breakfast it was extremely disappointing and we will never stay there again or recommend it the other thing the king size bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete it was so hard that my husband and i have both come away with sore backs, necks and shoulders

割安な料金で宿泊が出来たので総合的には大満足です。まずはスタッフの対応の良さや築古を感じさせない清潔感は本当に感謝しかないです。 クタビーチからも近く、レストラン・ワルン・土産物屋、マッサージなどの店舗も歩いてすぐの場所にあり、非常に便利です。 しいて、悪いところを言うと、繁華街の立地なので仕方ないのですが、深夜までライブ音楽が部屋まで聞こえます。8日間で一度だけ皆が嫌いな虫を発見してしまったことの2点くらいでしょうか。大変素敵なホテルでした。
