Great team, really try their best both in the hotel and at the beach club. The Balinese government are carrying out work on beach defences but this has meant a few issues with diggers and trucks going up and down the beach. Not the hotels fault but a bit of a pain especially when some of the bamboo laid for the trucks got washed into the sea causing a risk

The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful, especially Marsha on reception. We have stayed here before but this time there was much more noise from furniture being dragged across the floor and doors slamming. This made our stay less pleasant.
