The resort as a great pool area with a good number of chairs for relaxing. Nice garden area. Also very close to Waterbom park if you are wanting to go there, also very close to the airport. Wide variety of foods at breakfast but not the place to stay if you don't like a very firm bed.

It was well worth the price we paid for it. Very convenient location. Staff service is the real highlight. However food was overall quite bad, the Saturday night buffet was absolutely dreadful, but the rooms were nice. Bed were soooooo hard though. I definitely struggled to sleep. (Also the spa was out which was a huge bummer. We wouldnt have gone with this hotel if it didn't have a spa...) Would i come here again? Probably not. But i dont regret that i did! Thanks to all the kind and lovely staff.

Hi management team at Bin Tang Bali. I felt i should leave you some feedback on our experience on our current stay. We previously stay at BTB 4 years ago and chose to return here for 1 week of our 2 week stay in Bali. Firstly i would like to express our Aappreciation in the upgrade of Interconnecting rooms to a suit with pool view. We have positive feedback including, - good room servicing. -Great BBQ evening, although entertainment finished to early. -great wifi - great blockout curtains -great pool ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT -Rooms needs better lighting. -Larger tv to be in bigger room with couch. -Make up mirror required in main bathroom. -shower curtain to be replaced with glass for hygiene and cleaning. -towels are very worne and need replacing Breakfast Dining -Cockroach in tomatoes -Always running out of plates glasses and condiments -multiple Rats in eating area court yard -Chipped crockery (glasses and milk jugs) -Bread that is delicious but needs to be self cut and handled by multiple people -Drink glasses that are to small -Staff that are less than welcoming and not in keeping with expected friendliness. Generally staff avoid eye contact and willingness to assist. -No one greeting for breakfast and assisting with seating. This information is mainly to provide opportunity for improvement. This was my 3rd time there and am looking forward to my next. One day stayed there all day. I ate a delightful breakfast- they have eggs, bacon, Indian, Asian, and Indonesian foods, just relaxed by the pool, went to the beach, got a massage and listened to live music while eating dinner at their beach front restaurant. Service is exceptional. The property is spacious and green.

This is a lovely hotel with a large, attractive pool, right beside the beach. Lots of greenery and koi pools. We enjoyed dinner outside, restaurant on-site, with live music, buffet breakfast ( delicious). We also enjoyed a wonderful massage at the hotel spa! I would recommend this spot also because of its proximity to the airport and shopping.
