Amazing hotel! The staff couldn’t be nicer and do enough for you. We stayed in a jungle view room and it was stunning. Location wise it’s on a quieter road in Ubud but roughly a nice 20min walk to main temple, shops and monkey forest. Would defo stay again.

Bathroom floors were very, very slippery. I fell once with no serious injury. We had to scatter used bathroom towels on the floor to avoid a repeat. Other than this incident, our stay was very excellent. Many thanks!

The staff stopped me moving hotels due to construction noise which was not mentioned by Expedia. The hotel and staff are fabulous but the construction noise was unacceptable for a 5star hotel. Especially when we were seeking peace and quiet.

Ubud in very good hands

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Adiwana, with the staff acting in a very competent way - and with an incredible view of the swimming pool. When we first got in, we thought our room was a bit noisy. The staff later explained they were building the gym upstairs, hence the noise. Nevertheless, we were super quickly moved to another room, same category, and we had a very relaxing recovery from our long flight from London

Good hotel, but still under construction

During the stay there was construction of gym and the noise was terrible. Couldn’t open the curtains on window as there were workers sitting on my balcony. And the hotel did nothing about it. The room itself was large and clean, food in the restaurant was delicious and the view from the roof top pool was stunning. At the same time the hotel organizes breakfast in the pool and if you want to swim in the morning you need to bypass eating people.

It was a pleasure staying at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel is well located and close to restaurants and other attractions like Ubud Palace and the Ridge walk. The room is spacious and clean. However, one of the rooms was damp. Staff was very kind and helped us move to a different room. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Yudi who made our trips enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable and kind. The restaurant serves excellent food and the spa is amazing.

3度目のウブド訪問で、今回はビスマエリアを希望していて、こちらのホテルを予約しました。初回に宿泊したアディワナ ジェンバワンのビスマエリアのようです。 そちらと同様、スタッフの対応は素晴らしく、朝食もメインは種類が多くて、楽しめます。 部屋のシャワーが固定タイプで、使いづらかったのが唯一のマイナス点です。 エリアとしては、静かで良いのですが、中心まで行くには少し歩きます。空港からは、車でぐるっと回って入るエリアのため、時間はかかります。 今回、初めてこちらのホテルのスパを利用しましたが、街スパとは違って、素晴らしかったです。お勧めします！
