"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "Fabulous location one block off the main road in the center of town. Short walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a 5-minute walk to the central bus station. Less than 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again"
