"Staff and location"

"Had 1 night stay only but have experienced very helpful staff at checked-in and at checked-out. Room is nice and comfortable. Location is near a small park, nice greenery and also just a street behind the main street with many eateries, gift shopsm etc. very convenient for last minute shopping before flight."

"At one point, several years ago, this was likely a high-end hotel. However, it's dated interior shows (i.e. spa/hot tubs with faded/peeled plastic, acid etched water line private pools, scuffed and uneven wood flooring, limited dining services, broken lamps and dated furniture in the lobby, etc.) and is something I couldn't glean from the photos. Despite this, the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional; they are what makes this hotel shine. I would give this property a 7.9/10."

"Good-near ocean, decently sized room. Areas for improvement: sheets not clean(made me itchy), insects in toilet, only 2 parking lots"
