Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"Good business hotel. Stayed for three nights for a conference. The onsen is great, very relaxing. Good connectivity and good eats further north over the river. Will stay there again if in Osaka. "

"The room was small as expected. However the air conditioning was right above your bed and keep blowing cold air into your face. We try to turn the fan down but doesn’t work. We end up has to turn the unit off. Location was great, walkable to shopping district and close to metro. Staff was very helpful and polite. The hot spring bath was very nice bonus. "

"Everything was excellent except for the size of the rooms which was about three suitcases wide and was difficult to navigate within after putting our suitcases. Since we used it only to sleep at night it suited me. Staff were super helpful and it was very neat and clean."

There was two of us and we booked the Superior double room which was done intentionally because it meant we had a bit more space which we heard was quite rare for Tokyo hotels. The hotel was a short walk to Akasaka Mitsuke station which conveniently had multiple train lines we could take which was helpful for getting around.
