"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. "We liked that the room has a functional kitchen and a washer dryer. Although a 12 min walk to Ueno, it was flat. if one uses the Iriya Exit, it cuts a minute or two. Staff was courteous and professional. The downside, most properties that I’ve booked has 11 or 12nn check out time, this property has a 10am checkout. "

"Service was great and the location is close to multiple subway lines. Also, it was just a short walk to Akihabara."

"Our family of four really liked this hotel. The room was a great size for our family. We love that we each get our own bed, 2 individual beds and a bunk bed to fit 2 people. On the second floor- they have a small gym, a water and ice dispenser, a public washroom, a laundry room that has numerous washers (100 yen per wash) and, numerous dryers ( 100 yen for 20 mins). The hotel is located within great walking distances to markets and convenient stores. "

"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

"Absolutely loved this accommodation. Australian family of 4 (11,9). Super spacious (for Japan) excellent amenities, absolutely spotless, shower was better than mine at home, close to many stations entrances, super close to the main market strip with excellent nightlife, restaurants. Everything! Super kid friendly. I’m super picky and did heaps of research which was really overwhelming This place was fantastic! We also did a load of washing which was super helpful. "

"This is like an express hotel with an automated check in via tablets in the lobby. At the conclusion of your check in, an agent will face time to confirm and answer any questions. They have English speaking agents for foreign travelers. The room was compact bur efficient. You use a key code to enter the building and your room. A short walk from Kokura station and the castle park, there are a lot of dining options and shopping nearby. "

"This hotel in Haneda airport is ideal for those making short trip in Tokyo. Very convenient & easy access to subway train, JR & monorail and is way better & faster to get into Central Tokyo than using Narita airport. Moreover the amenities is fantastic."

"The hotel was amazing. Very clean and Beautiful. Rooms are Small compared to Hotel rooms back home, but we don't stay in the room much so its really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and friendly and understand basic English which was nice because my Japanese is terrible. Area is a little rough especially at night, but that's not the Hotels fault. Would stay there again. "

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day, offering a solid variety and good quality. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities overall were well-maintained and comfortable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo! "

"It was a really decent sized room and clean! Could put suit case under bed which means it wasn’t cluttering the floor. Spacious bathroom. Has an air con and also a room heater is needed. Bright space. Can request more pillows if needed!"
