Michael made sure there was a shuttle waiting for us at the airport. The drivers were all professional and nice. The hotel was in walking distance to everything! The surrounding area was safe and the hotel staff made sure we had sure we had proper directions to sites and car arrangements for sites that were far away....

"EXCELLENT! They realised during checkin that it was my son's birthday the next day and offered to upgrade our room and do a small surprise for him. When we left the next day and they did the room they left a piece of cake and a bday card. The 2nd day I went to breakfast the recwption said my wife is already inside so she recognised me. Many other details make it great and the staff make it EXCELLENT!"
