"It’s wonderful place"

"Hi, Everything about Atlantis was great. Food was excellent! Staff was amazing! The only thing your resort needs is better signage to the beach. The Coral was such a big maze and until we found a staff person at 6:00 am so we could see the sunrise, we would of never found it until he told us to go thru the Lagoon Bar. We almost missed it. From the Royal, we had a hard time finding the entrance to the beach. Putting small signes every few stops on the ground will help more people. Thanks! Jo"

"Everything was excellent until checkout. At check-in, I authorized payment for hotel fees and incidentals. At check-out, to my surprise, I was advised that the hotel manually charged me (without my knowledge) for my stay a 2nd time. This was very upsetting. Not comfortable with employee manually charging my account. This has caused inconvenience and concern regarding my personal information. My wife is very concerned as well."

"Me quede este año y el año pasado y me gusta mucho este hotel. El check in y el check out súper fácil y rápido. El area donde se encuentra el hotel es súper accesible porque te puedes ir a caminar en San Juan y encuentras de todo. Tiendas para hacer shopping, lugares para comer y por la noche hay muchos lugares para pasarla bien. Lo único que pueden mejorar es en área de la piscina deberían poner música para ambientar y una barra para que la gente no tenga que bajar a comprar lo que desee. Este año mejoraron con el housekeeping porque al año pasado fallaron mas de 3 veces y este año solo no me limpiaron 1 vez y rápido que llame me trajeron las toallas que necesitaba y luego fueron y me limpiaron el cuarto. Recomiendo Hotel Rumbao!!! "

"Had a wonderful time for my honeymoon. I would recommend going around the time I did (September 8-12). Hardly anyone was there. Workers said it was their slow season. The resort was really clean. A lot to do at the resort. The resort does charge a 15% “tip tax” ON EVERYTHING. Be aware of that. "
