The room was dirty when we arrived stained sheets dirty floor and bathroom however once we spoke to the front they did clean it . The lady at the front desk was really nice .Overall it was good."

"A lot of stairs. Room was not cleaned upon request. Same sheets/towels for 9 days. Had to request toilet paper. Have stayed at several places in the area and I have never rated anything this horrible. Could not wait to leave. Parking was always a challenge. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was special. First day bagel was moldy. Offers bagels muffins jello bananas cranberry juice and coffee. Sometimes cereals. No milk. "

"I had an ocean view from my room, and all of the pools had amazing views. The private Sugar Beach was an extraordinary asset to the overall trip to St. Thomas. In addition, the cost of taxis from the resort to Red Hook was very reasonable, and if using a rental car, the resort is located in an easy-to-access location."
