"The property is by the bay where all the cruise ships anchor but this is not a problem at all, they don't make noise, they are just gigantic. Hotel personnel was wonderful (except one morning our server was just OK) but overall a great place to stay, our room was fantastic and we will definitely, not only recommend it to our friends but we will not hesitate to come back. "This hotel is pretty conveniently located in Condado. It has access to multiple restaurants in the area and has 4 different restaurants within the hotel. The ambientation is excellent, and it has been recently renovated. There are 4 to 5 swimming pools. My family enjoyed our stay since the beginning. I highly recommend staying in this property."
