"I had a great time at Chelsea’s. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and cleaned every day, central to everything for us tourist who enjoy walking, and many options for dining out. It was the perfect location for me and I would choose Chelsea again when visiting Toronto. Only blemish is not having the middle elevator working but overall a great experience"

I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. "Convenient, reasonable priced, a few restaurants near by and a Tim Horton’s a few steps away. The TV was not working properly but they have started to renovate the rooms with new flooring. I would stay there again. That was my 4th stay."
