"Sharanya floor manager made us feel very welcomed along with her assistant Payal. Passage carpet leading to room looked dirty and needing some upgrades to be really 5 star hotel. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and planning on visiting again."

"Great hotel for our first time in New Delhi. Staff are excellent, accommodating, friendly and want to make your stay memorable. Used the pool and took advantage of the spa facilities. Minor point is that some aspects of the hotel could be refreshed like the seating in the bar, pool towels were clean but are close to needing replacement. These things are not as important to us as the incredible service provided by all areas of the hotel operations. They really made our stay special."

"We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night. This is a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect for us since it is only about a 5 min ride from the airport and we were in between 2 international flights. We enjoyed the food at K3 for breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was large with great showrrs, and the room was quiet despite the close proximity to the airport. The staff was very friendly. We would come back here anytime."
