WORST OF ANY HYATT BRAND HOTEL THAT'S SEVERAL YEARS AWAY FROM BEING FIXED.

Rooms are same broken down they have been for past few years, bathrooms have IRON RUSTED old decayed fixtures. Awful moist musty stench in rooms. Dirty curtains falling apart. None of the rooms are renovated in any way,
DO NOT TRUST THEIR PHOTO-SHOPPE MARKETING PHOTOS. Only entrance lobby and the one restaurant have been rebuilt. Upgraded room are no different besides being on a higher floor with a bath tub cramped into small bathroom space.
Inferior staff. Gave us room that was already pre-occupied. Next room #928 was in nonworking condition with a nonworking phone, nonworking ac, broken trash cans with lids that don't open, a broken side light, a lose toilet seat had to be fixed at 4am when used, missing room items. Housekeeping are not attentive to keeping rooms clean or stocked.
Breakfast buffet horrible with minimal items. Made to order eggs & dosa stand left unattended and/or food delivered with delays. Mismanaged waiters and mismanaging manager just walk around pretending to be busy ignoring guests. Beverages are not self serve. Non working bread toaster had guests facing danger of pulling their toast out of the electrical toaster with metal tongs. Despite expense card filed with front desk for several days stay expenses, kitchen staff could not find it on multiple occasions - harassed, talked down to us & followed us to the room for immediate cash payments
