Shout out to Danish and Nameka (sp?) - both very capably provided excellent support in connection with room availability issue at check in. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. We did not like the food at Shang’s - pretty poor (and expensive) version of Chinese food - sooooooo much corn starch in the dishes that we ordered.
