"The Novotel hotel was clean, modern, spacious and had a wonderful rooftop pool with accompanying evening bar and restaurant. We loved sitting at the rooftop bar at sunset with a cocktail. We had limited interactions with the staff as we didn't use the restaurants but those that we did speak to were really friendly. It's a good location for exploring new and old Delhi, however if I were to go back I'd probably choose somewhere closer to South Delhi, so you're somewhere slightly more green and vibrant. But that's a personal preference, rather than anything to do with the hotel itself."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi My stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, elegant interiors, and warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out. The attention to detail, elegance of the surroundings, and level of hospitality are simply unmatched. The customer service is beyond excellent, and every interaction reflects a genuine commitment. "

Taj Palace, New Delhi

"I’m not used to leaving a poor review, but our stay at the Taj palace was a hide disappointment. It started with Rakesh on the concierge desk being rude. I was talking to him, the phone went- he just stopped talking to me mid sentence and answered the phone. Didn’t even say excuse me or give me a moment. Our checkin was good. The staff were really helpful and polite. The room was ok, but it was tired. The carpet was worn down and the chairs had cracks and the leather was missing. Bed was comfortable and Aircon was good. But you could hear the neighbours (maybe just bad neighbours) and could also hear the trains. My tip would be book a pool view room. We went for dinner in the Capital Kitchen restaurant. We sat outside as it was fairly cool. We waited 10 minutes for some cutlery, 30 minutes for drinks and the naan breads arrived 10 minutes after we had finished our main. There was also a chicken dish that had been labelled as fish. The food was fairly bland and average. The pool and spa were great. But we just felt hugely disappointed overall. We had a much better stay at the start of the holiday at the Connaught, which is also part of the Taj groups. If anyone from Taj reads this you need to sort your staffing out. The stay wasn’t worth the money."

"My stay at The Oberoi was truly exceptional. The property itself is elegant, well maintained, and offers a wonderful sense of comfort and luxury. However, what made the experience truly memorable was the outstanding hospitality and genuine care demonstrated by the staff. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Albert and his team at the Concierge Desk. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to assist went far beyond expectations. They meticulously coordinated my medical appointments and ensured that every aspect of my stay was handled smoothly and seamlessly. A special note of thanks to Ramesh, who was incredibly helpful and compassionate throughout my visits to various doctors and hospitals. His assistance with transportation and wheelchair support made a significant difference and was greatly appreciated. I was equally impressed by the warmth and dedication of the hotel team. Minakshi from Room Service consistently provided attentive and thoughtful service, while Shail from Housekeeping and the Bell Desk ensured that my room and overall stay remained comfortable and stress-free at all times. What stands out most about The Oberoi is its culture of genuine customer care. The team does not simply provide service—they create an environment where guests feel valued, respected, and sincerely looked after. Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail transformed my stay into a truly memorable experience. my heartfelt thanks to the entire team"

"What a nice find. previously I stayed at the Shangri-La hotel and I thought that was great until I checked into my room at Lalit. Dollar for Dollar, your buck goes further at the Lalit hotel then at other competitions hotels. The rooms are much larger, the breakfast buffet was good as was the staff. I extended my stay here."

"Apart from great amenities, cleanliness, great breakfast spread what I love most about this place is people - the staff - their hospitality- the warmth that they bring into everything. You get a feeling that they are not just doing a job but they are emotionally invested into what they are doing . Human touch - their personal touch in everything . Right from the person who opens the door of your car - hotel entry point, front office reception, restaurant service , housekeeping and all those are invisible to guests but their work is totally visible . It’s a pleasure to be touched with such joy and love at every point . That is why I love staying in Eros every time I am in Delhi ."
