"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not all that impressed with the room. The shower/toilet area was so small and cramped. I didn't like that the sink didn't have a drain stopper. There was no channel guide for the tv."

"Hotel used to be the gem of downtown. It’s a shadow of itself at this point. We had to be moved due to the heat not working in the room. (Room 17202). We were told they would repair while out for the evening. We came back and were told it was repaired. It was not and had to switch rooms at 1:30am. 2nd room cleanliness was poor, (Room 18216). Both rooms were corner suites. The hotel refunded the resort fee, however in this case it was then only wanting to do the minimum. If you have options for the rate I’d stay elsewhere. Was disappointed to say the least. "

"I would have given cleaning a five-star rating But there was like 1⁄2" of dust on the headboard that was the only thing in the room that had dust on it other than that it was excellent"

"Room was clean. Had a very nice room with a full size fridge, micro and burners. Had troubles with the TV, I called the desk and they came right over to set the input. Great service"

"I used some Expedia points to pay for my room, so I’m not sure if that determined how they set me up for the evening. I paid around $20 or so dollars for the night due to points I accumulated, and accommodations reflected that. I was close to the exit which was convenient, but the tv did not work. It turned on then went black. There was no blanket or comforter for the bed, only a sheet, which would have been fine, but the heater was broken in room. I had already unpacked before I realized these issues so did not ask to be moved. It did what it had to do for the night. They should never charge more than $50 night at this place "
