"All the amenities offered were great! The kitchen in the room had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! It was close enough to the Metro and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. There was a convenient market nearby as well as lots of dining choices. Great place to stay."

"The rooms are compact, to say the least, but that is the only drawback to this hotel. Even though the rooms are not large, they are well-designed making optimum use of space (get the largest room available). The hotel is well-maintained, and the location could not be better. Steps from Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, two major tube stations and multiple theatres. Best of all though, is the staff. From the clerks at the front desk to the housekeepers to the baristas, you could not ask for a more attentive, hard-working, and accommodating group. I don’t know if management appreciates how amazing this team is, but they must for they work together like a caring family. You will find more spacious accommodations with fancier accoutrements nearby (The Savoy is a stone’s throw away) but you won’t find a better group of people committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. "

"Rooms were small but functional. Daily maid service, free English breakfast, and cozy downstairs bar made our stay excellent. The front desk staff (especially Mo) could not have been more helpful or friendly. Location was very close to Paddington train station and was very safe and convenient to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend."

"Very nice accommodations, pleasant and helpful staff, although our requirements were few. Good central location in close proximity to Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, the Tube, etc. Avoid paying for extended checkout time; it’s outrageous."
