"Loved our room on 7th floor. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Team that handled the breakfast were top botch. They were interacting with guests and kept dining area clean and plenty of food. Even when we ate later in the am. Didnt realize they were partners with Caribe Royale next door. We were able to go to their large pool area . Staff there did not offer any towels as they did to their guests but we had our own so we were ok. They did offer everyone frozen grapes as it was in high 90s....
