Our daily of 4 really enjoyed our stay. I wish we had more time to experience all the amenities as there are so many but we had a full agenda exploring Orlando. I will definitely consider staying with Omni again if we travel to another city with one. This was our first time and we were impressed. So many nice features like being able to text directly with a live person at the front desk.

Staff was exceptional. Family member had medical emergency, and security came with medical team to check and assist immediately. We were celebrating birthday and I was pampered with care gifts. The only downside was the guests. There were 3 weddings and company events happening at the same time during our stay. It was very chaotic with people who lacked etiquette. I’ll definitely come back during low season again.
