"Nice room facing the rain forest. Ocean was rough, but a good selection of pools. Tried most of the restaurants - food and drinks were all good. Only snag was outside at Caicos - waited so long that we cancelled our order. "

"We checked in late in the evening , after we had to search for someone that was supposed to be at the front desk. If you have luggage there are only steps no elevator , you have to drag your bags up a flight of step. you cannot reach the toilet paper roll from the toilet , the water pressure was low and there is a 27,00 dollar they don't tell you about until you check your statement which they email you."

"Overall pretty nice hotel. Lots of the painting and caulking in the room was sloppy, so it made the room not the nicest I've stayed in. Window was very small, but could see the ocean so that was cool. The pool was very nice to swim in. Proximity to the beach was nice as well as restaurants and shops. Short commute to the airport was also very nice. "
