"There are SUPER steep stairs, all throughout this building. Very cautious about the bedding because they were bedbugs. The showerhead in my room also did not work. Therefore we had to use the tub faucet. It’s in a great location and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. It also had a very pretty view of the plaza in front of the hotel from the windows. "
