The location is excellent—close to everything yet still calm and comfortable—but what truly made this hotel stand out was the service. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Every interaction felt warm and personal, which is rare and so appreciated. If you’re deciding where to stay in Amsterdam, don’t hesitate—this hotel is worth it.
