"Wonderful hotel! The location and staff were fantastic. Vic's Bar had delicious food and drinks. The hotel had a sophisticated and upscale atmosphere while being friendly and convenient. The canal view room was stellar. The only thing that was less than ideal for us was the very firm, low bed. However, that may not be an inconvenience for other people. I highly recommend this hotel!
