On all five days we complained that there was no hot water, and we had to go to the front desk to do that because on all five days, they never answered their phone connection to the front desk. One desk clerk said that she was the only one there and didn’t have time to answer the phone. That’s absurd. Only decent thing was the swimming pool."

"We enjoyed our stay. The Lobby area has a casual friendly vibe. The restaurant area was busy, and engaging. We had a light dinner and wady conversation with our neighbors. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable evening."
