"The staff were excellent. A bottle of Prosecco in my room with the only downfall was. I went out for a cigarette with my wife I’m one of the receptionist blokes because we’re making a self coffee and get a few biscuits and a bit of fruit what they give you for free is excellent. The Man thought we come off the streets and kept assisting. Are you staying here? Are you staying here? Have you got a room here? It’s just because I was wearing a pair of shorts and a coat and my miss was in her pyjamas, but the thing is he didn’t take no notice of who come out the lift and there wasn’t really many people apart from a man sitting down waiting for the restaurants open for breakfast. I am too busy on the phone. I wasn’t concentrating so it really upset as they put an effort in for us and they’re spoiled it just before we gonna leave really upset my wife thinking we was homeless and we coming to steal stuff they’ve got a camera outside the door but it doesn’t seem to be activate only for Emergency that’s pointless. They should have a camera working outside on the doors and a screen on reception so they can see who comes and goes quite a simple solution to solve what to be chose when we was off the streets ruining our honeymoon night but a lovely hotel and a lovely for what they’ve done and that person ruined it for us I showed him the card off room. "Great location. Bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel is dated though and needs refurbishment. Lifts take a long time to turn up. The check in desk was easily overwhelmed and the setup was unprofessional looking. Would consider staying again though."
