"Wow! One of the best hotels I have visit. Breakfast buffet and late snacks for my kids were a hit. Pool area was clean and the rooms were also clean. Staff were friendly and available. Good location for late dinners and casino. Definitely will be booking again when I visit AZ."

"Room 606.. the water drained very slow out of the sink. The shower diverted was hard to torn & when water was coming out of the shower head it was also coming out of the tub filler. I have stayed in other Hampton inns . The bed was ok but pretty stiff. It needs a softer topper"

"The pool and hot tub were down/not available for use the 3 nights I stayed. The sidewalks around the pool and the outdoor area were really full of bird crap. They could make an effort to use a hose to clean the sidewalks. The free breakfast was not available the last day because one employee did not show up, They put out packaged poor quality rolls and muffins, some fruit and juice. No where near as good as the pancakes or sausage and egg sandwich. After reading this I think I rated them to high!"

"We had a clean room when arriving. Breakfast was a great amenity. Fresh waffles and eggs were great. Parking was spacious and plentiful. Staff was welcoming and kind. Only issue we had was entering building. The card reader wasn't working."

"Free breakfast, room was decent. Had to call for maintenance because our shower would not drain the water - the maintenance team did come quickly and fix the issue. No room service - we were not told room service comes only every 5 days out you hand to request it the day before. Additionally I called in advance and was told I could use 2 different cards when I checked in 1 for the deposit and 1 for the balance and was told that was fine. Got to the hotel and then was told I had to use 1 card for everything up front and then they could split the fees after check out which made no sense to me. Hotel wasn’t bad if you’re looking for something basic with safe feel. If you’re looking for anything extravagant then this isn’t you’re go to. 6/10"
