It’s got a great location and the prices are low. If you go with low expectations, you should be okay. I won’t complain too much because the price was the lowest I saw anywhere in Chandler, so I guess you’re getting what you pay for.

The hotel is located in a very good area with resturants near by. The hotel is occupied with shady guest. The floors are falling apart. My room was so so. The mattress to the eds are old and run down. Towels being clean but are old and yellowed. My room refrigerator leaked water. There were guest working on their vehicles in the back parking lots. They do not allow smoking in rooms, so a number of guest were out back smoking weed. Having said all that the price of the room was reasonalbe.

Communion parking very close to age 10 AC and heater works fine mini fridge and microwave work great the unit is practically 100% Completed. It does need new vinyl flooring throughout the unit and the hallways, but everything was very clean and surprisingly reasonable for a very comfortable bed fluffy pillows, new towels, and furniture.

You can tell the floors are very cheap. They’re badly water damaged. The rooms are nice. We had no problems with the rooms itself, but the hotel is horrible and they have free breakfast on their site when they actually do not have breakfast at all.

I enjoyed the 2 week stay. The property is quiet. The staff was aware of everything happening on the property. The staff are very nice and appreciated how housekeeping ensured the rooms stayed neat and clean.

Some good amenities (breakfast snack, soap, shampoo, conditioner & comfortable bed) but no mint for my pillow. (haha) Some not so good items, broken toilet seat, no elevator and a high deposit amount per stay.

CONS: There was a $150 charge put on my credit card, not a pending charge, like most security deposits for hotels. I've just returned home. We'll see if the charge is reversed or if I will have to contest it. The Expedia site said there was a complimentary breakfast...there was none. The floors in the room and hallways, vinyl plank flooring, were peeling up and unsuccessfully reglued throughout. My room floor was filthy. The room keys failed on numerous occasions over a 5 day stay, requiring a walk back downstairs to the lobby to get them rekeyed. The pictures on the Expedia site showing the hotel are either old ones, from a time when the hotel was in better condition, or misleadingly doctored up. PROS: Excellent water pressure and hot water for showers. The A/C kept the room plenty cool. The hallways had a fresh coat of paint on them. The complimentary creamer and coffee was good (I suggest it being ready before the 6am posted start time, as some people drink coffee earlier than that, and they wouldn't make it earlier when I asked) The swimming pool area was a nice place to hang out, clean water and good water temperature. The front desk, pool cleaner and housekeeping were all friendly and professional. For $55 a day total cost, I guess you get what you pay for. It would have been nice if the website accurately showed what a guest was getting for that price. It felt either deceitful or a lack of accuracy/updating on the website.

The first room was filthy and I requested another, staff was accommodating, second room 10% better. The rooms are filthy, hair and grim every where. Tables sticky,and floors unswept. Really bad maintenance and repairs. A shame because the exterior looks ok, and it was pretty quiet. Was never advised of the pool use or any other amenities. I would advise sleeping in your car before paying to sleep here

I desperately needed an affordable room. Read some reviews about the place and thought “these people are crazy; they paid for the cheapest room they could find, what did they expect?!” Nah man, they were right. This place is a dump. If i had no other choices, i would stay again because I can hang like that. But I would never take my family there. Woof.
