"The Ffokes hotel is in a great location for Sandringham, although the only thing in the village is a garage as well as the Ffokes restaurant. The room was absolutely stunning - immaculately clean, excellent interior design, with a fridge and all amenities thought of. The en-suite was huge and beautifully designed. Steep stairs going up to room in the roof. All staff friendly and professional, car park easy and secure. Breakfast was great with lovely homemade yoghurt and granola pots. "

"The room was clean and tidy. It looked liked it had recently been refurbished. No problems with check in (it's says it is unstaffed and they send you a key code but it was staffed when we got there). At check out no one was about and no visible place to return keys so I just left them at the desk. "

"Compact room thin walls can here everything shower ok toilet not very good but all surpassed by very friendly and helpful staff and our evening meal was fantastic the lamb was very nice need to improve parking I had to park in the street car park was full so was the lawns need number plate recognition but overall would stay again"
