"Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. "Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "
