"Do not laundry with this hotel My business attires sent for dry cleaning came back shrunk by more than 1 size, despite instruction for Dry Cleaning and asking the housekeeper if it is safe to dry clean. Hotel management says they try to help but no compensation has been offered. Worst check in experience with Front Office staff Valentina, and this has been my 10th time staying at hotel. Valerio who later took care of my check in was very attentive, professional and helpful, special mention that there are good staff too. "

"The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down. The room was very hot and it wasn’t even summer when I visited. The air con system is extremely outdated and didn’t do anything and windows only open a small amount so it was quite uncomfortable. The room was also very small, impossible to fit big luggage and two people. The bed was comfortable. "

"My stay was wonderful . It’s not the most modern but it was clean and that’s all that matters . Staff very friendly and helpful. I have mention our house keepers Lucia and Nimfah, they did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. Breakfast was great with wide variety to choose from and included with our booking . What I love most about this hotel is the location . It’s located right in the central area in Milan walking distance to everything . The Milan cathedral located right around the corner from hotel not even five minutes walk. Various restaurants , night club , shopping mall and a lot of stores to shop. I would definitely stay here again ."

"The property management communicated information through WhatsApp which was very convenient. Other means of communication like email etc. don't work. They were also very prompt in their response. We needed some flexibility with storage of our luggage during checkin and they were very accommodative. This made our planning much easier. Room is clean and convenient right next to grocery stores. Access to pubic transportation required about a 10 min walk. This is ok most times except when you have luggage."
