"What a fantastic hotel stay, we stayed with our 2 children in a family room and it was brilliant, the room was great (room 810) and very clean, the staff were excellent and so helpful. It's 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and don't forget to get a Panzerotti from Luini (left of the Duomo), very very good. The breakfast at the hotel had so much choice and wonderful coffee! The rooftop restaurant was fantastic too. Lovely to have security on the main doors. There is music in the rooftop terrace every night which you can hear a bit but it didn't disrupt our sleep and the tram noises some complained about weren't a problem. You could see the mountains from our room window which was beautiful. 100% coming to stay here again! If you are a light sleeper then I expect the 9th floor is out for you. "

"Comfortable, clean and ample room. Corteuos staff. The breakfast options were excellent. They have a lobby bar and restaurant with many options also. The hotel it is at a short distance walk from Milano Centrale train station. "

"Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. Sadly, we weren’t able to enjoy our beautiful terrace because the weather refused to cooperate! A tasty breakfast was offered in the morning, with made to order specialty coffees, and we enjoyed Aperol Spritzes during the complimentary happy hour. The hotel common areas were beautiful, including an open air atrium, and a patio behind the bar. The location was amazing for our first time visit to Milan, with most of the sights we wanted to see within 6-12 minutes. But the real standout here was the staff! The women at the reception desk were so friendly, personable, and helpful. Taxis, restaurant suggestions, storing our bags, and warm smiles. We felt so welcome, and I’m sure you will be too!"
