"Disappointing Experience – Not a 4-Star Standard While this hotel is a new addition to the area, it falls significantly short of the 4-star experience it claims to offer. I stayed here for over a week during Salone del Mobile, and for a price tag exceeding €6,000, the value proposition simply isn't there. The Room & Amenities: No Gym!!! Not even a super basic room. • Space & Lighting: The rooms are notably small and the interior lighting is abysmal. It is nearly impossible to see anything clearly, which makes getting ready or organized a constant struggle. • Toiletries: Incredibly, there was no shampoo provided. When I asked, it seemed the expectation was to use the hand soap for everything. I ended up having to go out and buy my own. • Coffee & Water: There is no coffee machine in the room, only instant packets. Furthermore, the hotel stops serving coffee altogether after 11:00 AM. Water is another issue—there is no complimentary water provided, and I was charged €20 for four small waters and a juice. Service: • Staff: There is no bellboy service available to assist with luggage, which is a basic expectation at this price point and star rating. • Value: Even factoring in the premium rates of Salone week, the lack of basic amenities makes the cost unjustifiable. Verdict: The location is decent and it might be "okay" for a quick one-night business trip if you have no other options, but for a primary stay, I cannot recommend it. This is not a 4-star hotel. Do not recommend."

"Wonderful family run hotel - charming .Very hospitable and welcoming"

"Scariest experience ever, avoid!! This hotel is a labyrinth, with a residential area only separated by an automatic door. The door open to you, you cross the door and there’s no way to return to the hotel, unless a resident open the gate on the first floor. This is specially scary if you have kids. It happened to me and this issue made me miss my slot to see the Last Supper (the only reason that I was in Milan). I was lucky that a resident was near their window and he was gentle enough to open the gate. The hotel staff was super rude and they said that “I was not supposed to be on that side”.. Well, I was looking for and exit and that door opened automatically, if I wasn’t supposed to be there, the door should have been locked!! Trafficking vibes all over, scary and traumatic.. avoid!"

"Rooms are well designed. The hotel is located and as close to shopping and restaurants. The sister hotel gym was a plus.. The staff were so accommodating and nice and had great suggestions. I would stay here again. Big thumbs up."
