From the moment you arrive you feel you are somewhere special. Somehow everyone knows your name even before you go through the door. Absolutely beautiful hotel, with, unusually for Italy, large, extremely well decorated, comfortable rooms. We had lunch, which was excellent, although expensive, but well worth it. Overall a 5 Star hotel in immaculate condition, with outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble.

It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. We stayed 3 nights here to celebrate our anniversary. When checking in we were surprised to find that they had upgraded our room! We stayed in the junior suite, great space, stylish and most comfortable. We spoiled ourselves with room service, which was most efficient, and a spa treatment (a must for anyone staying here, but book early as time slots can be hard to come by). I fell ill the last night with fever, the hotel arranged for someone to go to the pharmacy and get me some paracetamol...

Wonderful luxury weekend. The hotel's bigger strength is the quality of the service. All staff without fail were warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. I was alone for part of the weekend, and was made to feel very relaxed and welcome as a lone female diner in the restaurant and at the bar before the rest of my party arrived. The hotel is perfect for all, including singe travellers, families, couples. Highly recommended.

The staff is helpful and can be reached easily on Whatsapp. However, there is no sign of the hotel name outside the building. It is very difficult to find the hotel even though I have reached the address. My advice is to get their whatsapp contact and whatsapp the staff before you reach the hotel. The staff will then come out to meet you. Alternately, suggest to hotel.com administrative to pass your contact number to their staff. They will also contact you before hand.
