"Sadly, this was nothing like any of the picture. We chose it based on the information, pictures and closeness to the city center. To our surprise, the reception is 7 min from the rooms, none of what you see in the pictures are what you get, there was no hot water. The person that gets you was nice, kept our bags while we visited. It was clean but because of the false advert, would not stay there again, nor recommend due to the false representation."

"So central in Milan and is quiet and tucked away but so peaceful! Wonderful breakfast options, honestly the best out of all of my travels so far, and complimentary cocktail/drink each evening. Staff are super lovely and helpful and just made us feel so welcome, will be returning without a doubt!"
