"For the price paid during Design Week, the pool was closed the entire time, laundry service late and they had no fan. The markup in price did not meet the standards. "

"We stayed in the Junior suite. It was spacious and clean. A couple of complaints was that we had to go to the front desk to remind them to clean our room. We had come back after lunch around 3 p.m. in the room was still not clean. The other complaint was the side we were on was next to the train which we could hear late in the night or early morning. Overall, the hotel of the breakfast was very nice."

"We enjoyed a roomy accommodation with a well-appointed bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast offerings were plentiful. Viridis is well located within walking distance to the Duomo and many other attractions."
